Why We Run the Agency This Way
Glencoe Life Insurance started from a frustration. Too many people were buying life insurance without knowing how it would behave over time: when the term would end, what would happen to the premium, whether the conversion right had already slipped away. Fifteen years in business later, that problem has not gone anywhere, so the job has stayed the same. Explain the policy honestly. Size it to the family. Point out the dates.
The households we work with along the North Shore are varied. New parents in Highland Park trying to figure out a number. A Wilmette couple whose term coverage is a few years from its cutoff. A widow in Northbrook who wants the funeral handled so her kids do not have to. Every conversation adds to what we know, and that knowledge goes into the next call.
